The sizes offered when you add a photo to a post, as a percent of the page width, so a photo looks in proportion on a phone, a tablet and a computer. Changing these only affects photos you add from now on — photos already in your posts keep the size they have.
Upload your header banner image from your computer. Once saved it persists through all future theme updates. Recommended size: 1440×200px wide landscape photo.
